FOODS & NUTRITION to AOAC Standard methods for fats, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, cholesterol, trans-fats, etc. Our line of microbial and PCR-DNA analyzers lets VTEC perform HACCP and "Organic" food validation.
